I really dont get very excited about this anymore... I guess thats a part of life? It makes me reflect and think about all the things I didnt get done in life yet... and, Ive been in a creative slump for a little while.
So tell me, what should I do in the coming year that will add some creativity and excitement??

Happy Birthday!I always get excited about my birthday (I think it has more to do with the cake and presents though...). I don't have much advice on the creative slump as I'm in one myself but sometimes doing something completely different (skydiving?) helps.

ReplyDeleteHappy birthday! I only get excited because I can excite my kids. Last year my hubby forgot my birthday- so there was no excitement. :) He remembered this year though to make up for it- with an ice cream cake and everything. :)

Happy Birthday!! I like to take walks in the park to get my creative juices going. Taking the time to relax and enjoy nature helps me a lot.
ReplyDeleteOhmigosh! Happy Birthday!!!! I like to focus on things I do REALLY well when I get frustrated. Sure, maybe I can't get a pie crust right or figure out embossing, but I can make a chinese chicken salad like no one's business. Congrats!
