Key Lime pie.....yum!

Here is a Weight Watchers recipie that is an old fav of mine...It is very simple (which i like!) but is really tasty considering its low in calories and fat. I've even made the filling and just eaten it out of the bowl, with it never making it to the crust lol...and sometimes I top the pie with extra whip cream. Give it a try! :)

Weight Watchers Key Lime Pie
1 box sugar free lime jello
1/4 C. boiling water
2 - 8 oz. containers lime yogurt
8 oz. fat free cool whip
1 - 9" low fat graham cracker crust

Dissolve jello in boiling water. Cool slightly.
Stir in yogurt.
Fold in cool whip.
Pour into crust and chill.
EAT!

  4. This strangely reminds me of the pear-flavour popsicle I liked when I was kid! It was almost the same colour, the lovely cold green hue.

  9. Made this with lime yogurt and cherry jello. Tastes like cherry limeade mousse and very delicious! (Mine didn't make it to the crust either haha.)

  11. With the "light" cool whip instead of Fat Free and the "light" yogurt and the "reduced fat" pie crust, it works out to 4.875 WW Points Plus per slice if you make 8 slices. I was hoping for somewhere around 2 points per slice but I guess that isn't gonna happen. I bought everything so guess I have to make it and see if it is worth 5 points per slice. :) I think I'd rather have a chocolate candy bar for 6 points. :)
